March 23, 2014

I patrolled the Waterfront.  As I was getting out, I noticed a traffic officer walking my direction.  I didn't want to make eye contact or there would be complications.  There was construction for a sewer pipe on Water Street.  The weather was brisk for late March.  I covered the dock by the Mayflower II, where I noticed a man in a black leather coat, with a black knit hat with a white circle around it.  I didn't want to get too close to construction so I crossed by Ziggy's.  I walked into the parking lots of Plymouth Bay Winery & the Bradford Inn.  Even though I can't look in, at least my hearing is pretty good.  I noticed people on cell phones at least three different times.  I don't want to jump the gun, but it tends to make one very nervous for those who are different.  As I went past a fountain with lady Pilgrim on there, a family noticed an egg in the fountain.  I do hate it when people prank on national treasures.  A quiet, but good patrol, especially when tourism is going to start this season.
